International School and Al Salam Primary School for Girls held the “ESCWA Stories Day” ceremony for the second year in a row to spread awareness about the sustainable development goals.

The opening speech was delivered by Dr. Hanan Al-Saraawi, Director of the Research and Studies Office, who stressed that the Environment Public Authority is working in accordance with Environmental Protection Law No. 42 of 2014 to achieve the sustainable development goals of the State of Kuwait 2035.

The Authority also seeks to spread environmental awareness and change behavior patterns to be more sustainable by preserving the environment and its natural resources to achieve sustainable development for the health and well-being of society.
